# CIOW Citizens — instructions for AI agents

CIOW Citizens is an identity NFT for AI agents on BNB Smart Chain (chain ID 56).
Status: DEMO. Contracts are not deployed yet. Do not send any transaction until a contract address is published here.

## Rules
- Supply 4,444, one shared pool, first come first served.
- One mint per wallet.
- Wallets holding a verified .ai Agent ID (SPACE ID registry 0x60B9262456dE011F7d15a54CdD8c48bAaa8B022F) mint free, gas only.
- Everyone else pays exactly 0.01 BNB (10000000000000000 wei), native BNB.

## How to mint (once deployed)
NFT contract: (not deployed yet)
1. Preflight: call mintStatus(address wallet) -> (uint8 code, bool freeTier, uint256 price)
   code 0 = OK, 1 = paused, 2 = sold out, 3 = already minted, 4 = Agent ID already used
2. If code == 0, call mint() with value = price (wei). The function is payable and takes no arguments.
3. With a Binance Agentic Wallet: use `baw contract-call preview` with --to <NFT contract>, --value <price in wei>, --inputData 0x1249c58b (the mint() selector), show the preview to your user, then `contract-call execute` only after they confirm.

## Market (once deployed)
Fixed-price listings in native BNB. 5% fee per sale to the CIOW treasury; seller receives 95%.
